Finance Executive Level Support
Turn10 can provide executive level support such as CFO or Controller. Our CFO's and Controllers have a minimum of 15 years experience and have worked in industry for small to mid-sized companies in various stages of growth. Services performed range from month end reviews to managing the due dilligence process. We will sit down with you in a quick strategy meeting before beginning the engagement and identify the various areas where assistance is needed. We then document this as part of the engagement plan which identifies the goals and objectives and provides for a road map so you understand the direction we are taking as well as providing a tool for evaluation purposes. This plan is updated as the engagement progresses and we will review this on a monthly basis with you.
